Menu for the week!

Monday 2-14-2011: 8:30am P Speech, A here in AM, 1:30 Meetup, 3:00 A Counseling

B: oatmeal w/raisins, hard boiled egg

L: Cheese, Meat, Yogurt, Oranges and Cucumbers

S: Nuts, Apples n’ Banana Rings

D: Salad Deluxe (chz, beans, cucs, toms, carrots, broc, caul, etc.), side of grilled zucs n’ broccoli

Soak Beans for Chili


Tuesday 2-15-11: 8:00am P Biofeedback, 10-11:30 Cloth diapering Group
B: Banana Yogurt w/Granola

L: Granola, Cheese, Apple and Orange Slices

S: Peanut Butter w/apple slices

D: Chili w/baker potatoes


Wednesday 2-16-11: 3:00 Med Checks A&0, Awana 6:30-8:30

B: Omlets w/chz, mushrooms, toms, spinach

L: “Nachos” (corn bread topped with black beans, cheese, salsa), Cut up Veggies

S: Yogurt w/granola, Walnuts

D: Broccoli n’ Brown Rice Casserole, Salad


Thursday 2-17-11: 2:00 P Speech, 5-7pm James and Jared
B: Oatmeal w/blueberries, hard boiled Egg

L: Leftover Chili w/Cheese n’ Corn

S: Yogurt w/apples
D: Roast Chicken, Grilled Zucs and Squash, Broccoli, Potatoes mashed w/Cauliflower


Friday 2-18-11: 6:00pm A&P Biofeedback

B: Vanilla Yogurt w/Granola, Bananas

L: Poor Man’s Grub (Brown Rice n’ Black Beans mixed with Curry, Chili Powder, Garlic topped w/plain yogurt and salsa), Oranges
S: Apples w/peanut butter
D: Homemade Pizza, Broccoli, Carrots, Celery


Saturday 2-19-11:

B: Banana Pancakes (Eggs n Bananas blended together), yogurt

L: Leftovers, Apples, Cut up Fresh Veggies
S: Popcorn, Cheese
D: Lentil Burritos w/Corn Tortillas, Spicy Potato Wedges, Corn, Salad


Sunday 2-20-11: Dinner w/Aunt Norma

B: Oatmeal/Almond Pancakes, Hard Boiled Egg, Cantalope

L: Leftovers
S: Peanut butter w/celery and apples

D: Roasted Pork, Spinach, Broccoli, Salad
